Ayurveda, like Thai Bodywork, is ancient and deeply engrained in the culture of India.
Traditionally, the wisdom was passed down among families making it a part of everyday life and well being. We thank this abundant lineage for its teachings on how to live as whole beings and we continually hold gratitude for their offering of this healing wisdom with the West.
