Each session begins with an Ayurvedic Marma Point Facial Massage, a gentle yet powerful technique that stimulates specific energy points on the face. Once the client is fully relaxed, I connect to their energy and welcome the flow of Reiki, allowing it to move through me as the conduit and to the client as the receiver. I approach this work with the power of prayer, calling upon divine love and healing energy to guide the session. Reiki is not tied to any specific religion—it is the universal life force energy that flows through all living beings, a pure and loving energy that comes from God (or Source, the Divine, the Universe—however one personally connects with it). This healing practice is open to all, regardless of spiritual or religious background, and is rooted in love, balance, and well-being.
I first open through the crown chakra, clearing any large blockages in their channel and establishing a connection to source energy. Then, I move to the feet and ground the client by opening through the root chakra, ensuring a strong connection to the Earth.
Moving systematically through the seven chakras—root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown—I assess, cleanse, and balance each energy center. Using Reiki symbols and intuitive guidance, I release stagnation and impurities, ensuring each chakra is neither overactive nor underactive, but harmoniously aligned. As I work, Reiki flows into each chakra, filling it with life force energy itself—pure, unconditional love—allowing for a smooth and vibrant energetic flow throughout the entire system.
To complete the session, I perform an aura cleansing and strengthening, sealing in the healing and ensuring the client leaves feeling deeply renewed, balanced, and revitalized. For those who wish, I offer an oracle card pull, providing a message of insight and guidance at this sacred post-session moment.
After the session, I provide a glass of water and take time to check in, answering any questions and sharing any intuitive messages received during the healing.
